NOVA Bulls Hosting AAU Tryouts-Come join the fun

NOVA Bulls Basketball will be hosting tryouts for their Boys 8U, 15U, and 17U AAU teams. The 8U tryouts will be held at Bethel Academy (8302 Spruce Street, Manassas, VA 20110) at 6:15 pm and the 15U & 17U tryouts will be held at Gainesville High School (13150 University Blvd, Gainesville, VA 20155) at 7:15 pm.


This is a great opportunity for young athletes to showcase their basketball skills and join a team that is passionate about teaching the fundamentals of the game. All participants must register online prior to attending the tryout.

"We are thrilled to be able to host these tryouts," said NOVA Bulls Executive Director Alora Henry. "It's an exciting time in our program as we look forward to adding some new talent to our already talented roster." At the tryouts, athletes will go through drills in order to demonstrate their fundamental basketball skills such as shooting, passing, dribbling, and defense. Coaches will also evaluate how well players are able to compete with one another and execute plays under pressure. "We want all athletes who attend these tryouts to feel comfortable," said Coach Jeremy Coleman of the NOVA Bulls team. "Our staff is friendly and knowledgeable so don't hesitate to ask questions if you need help."
