What inspired you to become a NOVA Bulls coach?

I was inspired to become a Nova Bulls coach because of the impact they have already made on my son who is a also a member of the organization in the basketball program. 

What do you believe is most important for young players to learn?

I believe fundamentals are the most important thing to learn along with sportsmanship which is something they will carry with them on and off the field in life. 

How do you strive to promote personal growth and skill development with your players? 

With proper training which includes one on one and team setting activities. I believe personal growth and development is started with a strong support system which I believe this program provided. 

What makes NOVA Bulls different from other programs?

The support system the organization provides gives the nova bulls a leg up on other programs. 

What kind of impact do you want to make on the lives of your players?

I want the kids to take the core values taught to them during their time with us and be able to utilize them in other programs and in life.
